The service

ValU provides free AI-powered resale-value estimates by cross-referencing public sold-price data from multiple marketplaces. Estimates are informational only and are not a guarantee of sale price.

Accounts

You may browse ValU without an account; scanning and saving items require a free account. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, hammer, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or sexually explicit content.
• Do not use ValU to facilitate fraud or counterfeiting.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos and text you upload. You grant ValU a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Disclaimer

Appraisals are estimates based on third-party data and AI inference. ValU makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You are solely responsible for any buying, selling, or pricing decision you make.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, including for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
